John Travolta praises 'amazing' Hollywood actress, says: 'Anyone can dream.'
Hollywood News: John Travolta is expressing his admiration for a certain Hollywood actress - and he's not shy about revealing how big a fan of her work he is.
During a recent chat with two Australian real estate professionals for his upcoming podcast, Beyond the Sale, the veteran actor admitted he "adores" Margot Robbie, 34, especially after her 2011 stint on the US airline drama series Pan Am.
"Margot Robbie... oh my god, one can only suck," he told audio show hosts Shane Spiteri and Kristy Cunningham on Hello!. "I loved her so much, and she was in Pan Am, which was one of my favorite series."
In fact, the 70-year-old actor even recalled the first time he met Robbie in person. "I met her for the first time at the Oscars two years ago and I said, 'I saw your Pan Am series, you know, awesome, you're great, I heard you always wanted to be a flight attendant.' ".
Recalling his reaction, Travolta said, "He said, 'No! I always wanted to be a pilot!' And I said, 'Really?' I said, 'That's really interesting.'

His love for the Barbie star only makes sense if he's fascinated with aviation. The Greek icon, a fully qualified pilot himself, regularly flies his Boeing 707 jet.
While on a trip overseas for a podcast in Sydney, he kept talking about the Focus actress, "and that she wanted to be a pilot," he admitted, adding: "That's what I love about her - and, she's so beautiful, just breathtaking".
According to the press release, the full audio episode of the show "will be released in the coming months."
Sadly, the widower lost his wife Kelly Preston in 2020. The Cat in the Hat actress - with whom Travolta had three children: late son Jett, daughter Ella Bleu, 24, and youngest son Benjamin, 13 - passed away at the age of 57 after battling breast cancer.
