Like Florence Pugh, Matthew McConaughey and others, Ana de Armas was also ousted from Hollywood, here's how she feels now

A1 Digital India News: Ana de Armas is on the move again but she's not heading back to the City of Stars. Since moving to the East Coast two years ago, the Ghosted actress has been spending time in Los Angeles shooting various projects.

However, her recent decision to put down roots elsewhere has further solidified her status among Florence Pugh, Matthew McConaughey and other stars who have left Tinseltown. Now, de Armas is speaking candidly about her decision to live "off the grid."

The Deep Water actress is one of many celebrities who have traveled far from the City of Angels alone in recent years. You would expect most of them to retire, but that's not the case.

Some of the younger Hollywood folks moved on. For example, Florence Pugh, mentioned earlier, moved back to London. So what can we do? The Knives Out star told E! News spoke to Truth about the move and said it's all about finding a place where you can truly relax:

I think nowadays, we all want to get away from the crazy world. We all want the opportunity to create our own safe spaces. I made that decision on my own.

I found a home where I felt really comfortable. I could restrain myself and only bring in the people I want to be with. I've got a little nose in there.

His new off-the-grid home is a mansion with spectacular Vermont mountain views where the paparazzi don't frequent. Away from the bright lights of Hollywood, he was finally able to find the peace and privacy he wanted. He has no regrets about his decision to move away from Hollywood.

The blonde star's vision seems to be a sentiment shared by many celebrities who live away from Los Angeles: safety and tranquility. Many are raising families like Angelina Jolie and Matthew McConaughey, who don't want their kids growing up in that crazy celebrity environment.

However, it's a lot for anyone, and it's honestly hard to blame Ana de Armas for moving across the country to New York after the risky and shocking attention she received while dating Ben Affleck.

With some of Hollywood's best stars scattered in every direction, is it a power shift or a power vacuum for a new filming hub? Mark Wahlberg, who recently moved his family from LA, is hoping his new hometown of Las Vegas will be attractive to production companies.

Atlanta and Vancouver have already established themselves as notable filming locations, with major studios setting up shop there over the last decade. To me, it feels like the film industry is slowly decentralizing from LA, though the SoCal city remains the biggest player, and I don't think that's going to change any time soon.

After all, while Vermont offers incredible leaf peeping and winter sports, filming in the Green Mountain State is few and far between. But, luckily for The Gray Man actress, her most recent project, Eden, with Sydney Sweeney, was shot on location in Australia. Being a celebrity has its downsides but it also has some upsides!

Although a distributor has not yet been announced for Eden, fans can expect to see Ana de Armas in the John Wick spinoff Ballerina, which is set to premiere in our 2025 film schedule.
